Handmade Intaglio Lapis Lazuli and Persian Turquoise Silver Ring

Intaglio is of the mythical winged horse ‘Pegasus’. A divine horse, and one of the most recognized creatures in Greek mythology. It symbolizes liberty and the idea of spiritual freedom.

Lapis lazuli has been mined in in Afghanistan for over 6,000 years. It has been prized since antiquity for its intense blue colour with gold freckles. Cleopatra even ground lapis lazuli into powder to create her famous dark blue eye shadow.

Persian turquoise. Totally natural turquoise is quite rare & less than 3% of the world's turquoise is untreated. Turquoise has been mined in Iran for over 5,000 years and it is this turquoise that sets the quality standard for all turquoise .

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR RING SIZE

1. Find a piece of string or strip of paper.

2. Wrap it around the base of the appropriate finger, make sure it’s snug but not too tight - you’re aiming to replicate a ring fitting comfortably.

3. Use a pen to mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps, forming a complete circle.

4. With a ruler, measure the length from the starting end of the string/paper to the pen mark.

5. Use the chart below to determine your UK ring size.
