Shipping Domestic

Domestic Shipping is £5 Your item will be shipped within 6-8 weeks upon receipt of payment. Your item will be sent as 1st class via Royal Mail.

Shipping International

Shipping in Europe costs £10. Your item will be shipped within 6-8weeks upon receipt of payment.

Shipping Overseas costs £10 Standard Delivery, or DHL. Your item will be shipped within 6-8 weeks upon receipt of payment.

International orders are all sent tracked and signed.

Please note that due to brexit, shipping may take a little longer (please be patient!).

Any taxes and/or customs fees applicable to purchased items in the recipient’s country will be the responsibility of the customer. I do not include these costs in my prices.

In the rare event an item arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all please email me info@amaylia.com

Please do make sure your shipping details are correct as I cannot accept liability for loss of a shipment because of an incorrect shipping address.

Returns

If you are not entirely happy with your product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange a refund.  We will email you the postal address to return your item to. We do recommend you use recorded/tracked delivery as we will not be held responsible for any missing postal items. You will have 7 days to return your item once making your refund claim in order for it to be refunded. 

• All items must be returned unused, unworn and in its original undamaged packaging.

• Any items received back in an unsaleable condition will be returned back to you minus the refund.

• Refunds are processed the same day a refund is agreed and will take 5-7 working days.

• Please note that we can only refund back to the original payment method.
